Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all use of the Exefy website and services, whether free or paid and whether or not a request leads to an order. Specific quotations and order confirmations may contain additional terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age under applicable law and, where acting for a company, authorised to bind it. Exefy services are aimed at business customers.

3. Compliance with laws and export controls

You must not request deliveries to, or uploads from, countries subject to export restrictions under EU, member-state or other applicable law. You must not be listed as, or act on behalf of, a restricted or sanctioned party.

4. Integrity and intellectual property

You must not break the law through the content you upload, the parts you request, or their intended use. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to all files and designs you submit and that their manufacture does not infringe third-party intellectual property, copyright or other proprietary rights.

5. Quotations

Submitting a request does not create a binding contract. Quotations are prepared individually after engineering review and are only binding once confirmed in writing by Exefy.

6. Fair use and our measures

We may take appropriate measures to protect Exefy, our customers and partners, including denying access, removing uploaded content, declining or terminating contracts, and reporting misconduct to competent authorities, in particular in case of:

• Violation of laws, regulations or these Terms;
• Infringement of third-party rights;
• Considerable impairment of our legitimate interests;
• Serious offence against Exefy, our partners or any third party.

7. Partners and third parties

Exefy coordinates manufacturing through vetted partners in its European network and is responsible for their performance in fulfilling your contract with us. We are not responsible for the acts of unrelated third parties; claims against them must be pursued directly.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

Files and project information you share remain confidential and are only shared with partners as needed to quote or produce your parts. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

9. External resources

The website may link to third-party resources over which we have no control, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. Please report any concerns to hello@exefy.eu.
